Thank you for the Cross

Hey listen
There's stuff going on
We both know its true. 
We also know that
God follows through.
This is just a day
A small piece of the rope.
We know it will be ok
If we have faith and hope.
He keeps his promises
Look at the rainbow.
Life is beautiful
And don't say although. 
Yes we go through things
And have tough days
But in the grand picture
We see God's ways. 
He makes things turn
Out for good. 
So I'll try to make my decisions
The way Jesus would. 
Not being anxious
But having prayer and petition. 
Asking Him for advice
In every situation.

Lord
I thank you for the cross
I love you for the cross

But now I know my Gods so powerful He'll lift me up every time I fall He has a plan and though I might not know why He allows us to fall down sometimes He won't give us more than we can't handle  So ima light my candle I'll worship the king With every song I sing Every word I speak And every thought I think Because he created me He's not ashamed of me Every time I slip and I fall I'm still his creation And though I'm not worthy at all He is worthy of celebration So join with me Sing with me He's almighty That's my God That is my God Continuation of Strength and Gravity
