Thank you for the Cross

Hey listen
There's stuff going on
We both know its true. 
We also know that
God follows through.
This is just a day
A small piece of the rope.
We know it will be ok
If we have faith and hope.
He keeps his promises
Look at the rainbow.
Life is beautiful
And don't say although. 
Yes we go through things
And have tough days
But in the grand picture
We see God's ways. 
He makes things turn
Out for good. 
So I'll try to make my decisions
The way Jesus would. 
Not being anxious
But having prayer and petition. 
Asking Him for advice
In every situation.

Lord
I thank you for the cross
I love you for the cross
